Dublin City Council and guest speakers will be explaining the new Food Waste Regulations* and presenting practical options for segregating food waste to ensure compliance. Topics will include the supporting website www.foodwaste.ie, organisations such as www.greenbusiness.ie and the experience of food waste segregation from a local business owner.
Short presentations will be given by the following:

Kara Flannery, Environmental Consultant with Greenbusiness.ie
Noshington Café, South Circular Road

The event will take place in the Wood Quay Venue, Dublin City Council Offices, Wood Quay, Dublin (for map, click here) on Monday 13th Dec 2010 between 10.00am and 11.00am
