Dublin City Council and guest speakers will be explaining the new Food Waste Regulations* and presenting practical options for segregating food waste to ensure compliance. Topics will include the supporting website www.foodwaste.ie, organisations such as www.greenbusiness.ie and the experience of food waste segregation from a local business owner.

Free Food Waste Workshop in Limerick & Kerry
The Award-winning Irish celebrity chef Kevin Thornton will facilitate 2 free workshops for catering operators and chefs in the Limerick Clare Kerry Region on the following dates:
Tuesday 21st September, 2pm at Thomond Park, Limerick
Thursday 23rd September, 2pm at Institute of Technology Tralee – Room J116, North Campus – Catering and Tourism Department
The ‘Less Food Waste More Profit Workshop’, which will be hosted by the Limerick Clare Kerry Regional Waste Management Office (RWMO), will feature guidance on the newly introduced Waste Management (Food Waste) Regulations and how businesses can segregate waste more effectively and ensure compliance. The workshop will also include a focus on food waste prevention.
